Are You Creating Great Music but Never Finishing It?

Monetize Your Unfinished Projects!

Are You Creating Great Music but Never Finishing It?

Do you constantly produce amazing music ideas but struggle to complete them? Are you generating outstanding musical snippets but lack the energy or focus to develop them further? If so, construction kit production might be the perfect path for you!

What Are Construction Kits?

Construction kits are short music loops and elements that other producers can use to expand their musical ideas into fully developed tracks. Many music producers face creative blocks, which is why Platone Studio offers a wide variety of construction kits to inspire and support them in their creative journey.

Monetize Your Unfinished Projects!

We are now connecting producers to maximize efficiency in music creation! If you have multiple unfinished tracks in a specific genre and would like to monetize them while helping fellow producers, this is your chance! Simply gather 4-5 tracks, format them according to our construction kit requirements, and sell them through our platform.

Construction Kit Requirements
Basic Structure
  • Each construction kit must contain four 4-bar loops (maximum of 8 individual tracks per loop).
  • Avoid merging tracks unnecessarily. Only merge if your loop exceeds 8 tracks.
  • Aim to utilize all 8 tracks to create a full-sounding section.
  • Ensure that when all tracks are enabled, the loop sounds complete at its most active section.
  • Do not include transition effects such as sweepers or risers.
BPM and Tempo Guidelines
  • Choose a tempo that fits the genre but leans towards a slower BPM.
  • Slower tempos prevent audio degradation when adjusting BPM later.
  • Example: If producing Acid Techno (typically 140 BPM), create the kit at 120 BPM to allow smooth speed adjustments without phase distortion.
File Exporting Guidelines
  • Export each track separately as looped audio.
  • Additionally, export each sound as one-shot samples.
  • File Naming Rules:
    • Use only alphanumeric characters (no special characters or accents).
    • Include the BPM in loop filenames.
    • Avoid spaces in file names.
Folder Structure

Upload your kits in the designated drive folder using the following structure:

  • ProducerName/Genre_KitNumber/Loops (contains the 8 individual track loops)
  • ProducerName/Genre_KitNumber/Kick (contains the one-shot kicks from all kits)
  • ProducerName/Genre_KitNumber/Bass (contains the one-shot bass sounds)

Example:

  • David/Deep_House_1/Loops
  • David/Deep_House_1/Kick
  • David/Deep_House_1/Bass
Audio Leveling Requirements
  • Peak levels in all construction kits should not exceed -6 dB.
  • Quieter elements should be balanced relative to this maximum peak level.
